“If you’re a fan of Ginger Baker, this is your year! First off, next month, the legendary Cream and Blind Faith drummer is releasing Why?, his first album in 16 years, but that’s not all – the 74-year-old is also appearing in an episode of the hit public television show Front And Center. The episode features a set Ginger played at New York’s Iridium Jazz Club with his band Jazz Confusion. Check your local listings to find out when Ginger’s Front And Center episode will air in your area, and pick up Why? on June 24th.

When asked about participating on the show, Ginger said, “I just played, I didn’t have to think about filming. It was great that Front And Center gave me a chance to do that.”
